From deeply restorative flows to high-energy movement, your membership gives you access to a full range of classes designed to meet you where you are, with connection and community woven into each experience.

Bhakti Flow – A heart-centered yoga journey blending movement, devotion, and music. 

Soul Flow – A fluid, medium-paced Vinyasa class designed to nourish the soul, aligning movement and breath with intention.  

Ignite Power Yoga – A fast-paced, dynamic Vinyasa flow to strengthen and energize.  

Peak Flow - Deepen your practice in this six-week progressive series blending Vinyasa and Hatha to build strength, refine alignment, and confidently work toward a new peak pose each week.  

Wisdom Practice – A gentle, strength-building practice designed for mature bodies. 

Glow Yin – A slow, warm yin practice to release tension and restore balance. 

Join us for classes 7 days/week as we grow a vibrant, heart-centered community. Soulspace is your place to move, connect, and feel right at home.

Weekly schedule with meditation sessions at 9:30am, 12pm, 2pm, 4:30pm, and 6pm. Classes include Soul Flow, Bhakti Flow, Ignite Power Flow, Wisdom Practice, Peak Practice, and Glow Yin. Background features a textured red pattern with a ginkgo leaf design.
